The rooms were impeccably clean and wonderfully cozy, exactly what you want after a long day on the slopes. The shared spaces throughout the hotel truly stood out: beautifully decorated, warm, and very spacious, with a lovely alpine charm that made us want to linger and relax. The food was excellent across the board — thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and a real highlight of the stay.
The spa experience was outstanding. The services were incredibly relaxing, and the spa amenities were very well maintained and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to fully unwind. Skiers will especially appreciate the ski lockers, which were both very convenient and impressively clean.
What really elevated our experience, though, was the front desk team. They went above and beyond to help us resolve a delayed ski baggage issue and were incredibly helpful with organizing rentals, ski passes, and even ski clothing. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness made a stressful situation completely manageable.
All in all, Hôtel Les Campanules combines comfort, style, excellent food, top-notch wellness facilities, and truly exceptional service. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable ski holiday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Le restaurant bénéficie d'une vue magnifique sur le lac et le bas de la ville illuminé . Il y règne une ambiance " cosy"
Le personnel est très acceuillant .le dîner a été succulent et le choix et la qualité des desserts furent très à la hauteur. Ce fût une superbe soirée, merci à toute l'équipe

Les chambres sont correctes, peut-être légèrement petite pour quelqu’un qui voudrait quelque chose de très spacieux, mais pour un jeune couple comme nous c’est amplement suffisant.
Des box sont à disposition pour les équipements de ski triés par chambre.
Le coin spa, piscine chauffée, en extérieur, avec hammam et sauna à disposition. Rajoute un Gros plus!!!

The spa was nice but small, it was missing a jacuzzi and more space to relax.
The drinks were expensive but the rest of the area was too.
